概要 This study examined the relation among social skills, job related stressors and psychological stress reactions. Subjects were 2267 male employees of an industry. Their chronic job stresssors, stress reactions and social skills were measured. Results showed that (a) subjects who are lower levels of social skills exhibited more psychological stress reactions, (b) social skills specifically related the stress reactions resulting from the qualitative job stressors; (c) lack of social skills correlated with "interpersonal strain" regardless of stressors. These findings suggest that the effect of social skills on stress reactions is partially specific by stressors.
