概要 Using a general equilibrium model with two types of investors, we consider endogenous choices of stock transaction costs between proportional and quadratic patterns. Investors choose a proportional (quadratic) pattern when transaction demand is small (large). At the threshold at which the chosen cost pattern alters, the trading volume changes drastically with jump.
